to combat childhood sexual and/or physical abuse by supporting and advocating for victims rights, educating and bringing awareness that elevates community engagement on the issues surrounding childhood sexual and/or physical abuse, and empowering young victims to reach their full potential despite the hurt they’ve endured.

The statistics are staggering… For Sexual Abuse

  • As many as 1 in 4 girls is and one in 6 boys will be sexually abused before age 18

  • Over 90% of sexual offenders are someone the child knows and trusts-- a parent or other relative, teacher, camp counselor, babysitter, or family friend

  • 30-40% are abused by a family member

  • One out of every seven victims of child sexual abuse are age five or younger

  • Only one in ten children who are abused sexually will ever tell anyone

  • According to the National Children Alliance, 1 BILLION globally are estimated to experience sexual violence

For Physical Abuse

  • 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 13 boys in the U.S. are estimated to experience child abuse

Creating a educational, faith and family films through NRM Faith Based Films LLC for the BIG screen and world that will serve as a purpose for educating and bringing awareness of the damage done to hearts. Storytelling is also used as a mechanism of healing and will be involved in THHF’s program for youth interested in pursuing a career path in the film industry.
